Breakfast Pizza

can Pillsbury biscuits (uncooked)
6 eggs
1 pound sausage (or 1/2 pound deli ham or 1 pound bacon)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. grated cheese (your favorite)
22 briquettes
Brown the sausage till done (or bacon till done or lightly sear the ham).  Leave the meat in the oven and pour the eggs with the meat.  Stir constantly and scramble the eggs with the meat.  Be sure the eggs are cooked thoroughly.  Remove the egg/meat mixture to another bowl.  Combine all the biscuits into one big blob and spread over bottom of lightly greased (oiled) Dutch oven.  Be sure to cover the bottom of the oven completely and just a little up the sides.  Pour the meat/egg mixture on top of the dough.  Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the top of the meat/egg mixture.  Cook with 14 briquettes on top and 8 on the bottom for about 20 minutes.
